We design and build residential docks from the pilings up — captain's walks, wrap-arounds, platform docks and slips — permitted and built to current Lee and Collier County code.
Cracked caps, washouts behind the wall and tilting panels are warning signs. We evaluate the wall, then repair or replace with tie-backs, new caps or full panel systems.
The right lift depends on your vessel weight, canal width and water depth. We spec the correct capacity and motor package, then install and commission it.
Most docks do not need to be replaced. We re-deck, re-frame, sister pilings and re-hardware with stainless and hot-dip galvanized fasteners rated for salt.
Barge and crane access lets us handle work other contractors turn down — mooring pilings, walkways, boathouse framing and commercial dockage.
